My standard order is a chicken burrito with rice and cheese, but no beans or anything else. A little plain for some, but that's how I like it. About 2 weeks ago I ordered this and got just a ball of rice in a tortilla, with a tiny amount of chicken (I'm talking 3-4 pieces) in the bottom left corner. No cheese. Figured it was a fluke or a new employee. But, it happened again tonight. I don't know if someone's not being trained or if someone DGAF, but I promise I do want chicken in my chicken burrito please. How are we messing up 2 of the 3 ingredients? At least this experience is teaching me to remember the difference between Chipotle and Qdoba.

My burrito was drenched with condiments to the point of it being the consistency of a stew it was so thick. The other burrito was small and my side of guacamole was brown. Not great...not to mention the delivery took 30mins past when it was supposed to have gotten here.

better than chipotle. i'm not afraid to say it. the quesadillas bang and guac is free what else do you need

I ordered 2 Create Your Own Bowl and both had very old lettuce, it was wilted, brownish and looks like it was sitting out all day. The guacamole was black due to being out for several hours. Meat was dry and gross. Both bowls were thrown out

Ordered two salads. One was supposed to have a tortilla bowl. The other was supposed to have double chicken. The first was missing the tortilla bowl and the other had less chicken than a single serving usually provides; just a small handful of overcooked pieces. Not the first time something has been incorrect. If you want Qdoba, I recommend going in person so they don't mess your order up. It's a pattern at this point.
