Usually when we get food delivered from Zaxby's it's fine, but this time it was a big mess. Whoever added the teryaki sauce to the chicken nibbler sandwiches absolutely drowned them. The buns were soaked and there was so much sauce and the container wasn't properly secured in the bag so the sauce also poured out into the bag and all over everything else. It was a big, sticky mess. Not good when I have very limited time to eat lunch and jump right back into work. Strongly suggest you put sandwich sauces in a separate container on the side securely to prevent a mess like this in the future. ALSO, did someone get hungry and eat half of the fried white cheddar bites? Literally it looked like there was half the amount that we usually expect to see there. Very disappointed.

My fries were still frozen. There's was almost no sauce on the nibblerz and I ordered two kid chocolate milks and the sent one white milk.

Only received half of the fries and they were overcooked. Also, doordash driver left food on the ground instead of ringing the doorbell to hand the food to me.
