They got my order wrong and sent me fries even though I paid for an onion ring upgrade. The cheeseburger was ok, it was huge and hot not the best but not the worst . The fries which I didn't order were average and didnt.hit like onion rings would have. The milkshake barely tasted of strawberry and was white. When I have a craving for a burger I won't be coming back.

The burgers are fantastic!
ever time I order from them my food is delivered hot , no soggy bread or fries. The onion rings are crisp and delicious. Lots of mushrooms on my Shroom and Swiss burger. Classic burgers was done to perfection.

The customer service is consistently TOP TIER when dining in or ordering online. The food is great! My children request this on a regular basis. It's my go to for busy nights when I don't have the energy to cook. We eat plant based so fries are our go to. The veggie burgers never disappoint.

If you want burgers this is the place to go in Oakland. I have been taking my kids here since they were 6 months old. The service, the food, the special sauce, the price...everything works for me!!!

My neighborhood burger place - consistently fresh and delicious food. Nice portion sizes and good value. Also very friendly owners. We do eat in sometimes.
