Pot Stickers (3) 锅贴 seemed not steamed and flash fried..they also had no flavor and a really doughy wrapper Sizzling Rice Soup 锅巴汤 has almost no flavor and nearly half of the soup was water chestnuts.

The best Chinese Chicken Salad 鸡沙拉 I've ever tasted. In my 62 years, I've *never* had chicken so tender. I'd give it 6 stars if I could! The Broccoli Beef 芥蓝牛 was flavorful and the broccoli was tender with just a slight crunch. Shangri-La knows how to do it right!

The Mongolian beef was OK but a little too spicy for our tastes. The skewer of shrimp was just one shrimp. The mu-shu pork, chicken chow mein, and chicken fried rice were all excellent. The items were also all fairly priced and packaged well.

The Chicken Fried Rice鸡炒饭 was light and had a lot of flavor. B.B.Q. Pork Chow Mein叉烧炒面
was delish. Cabbage, onions and plenty of pork.

The Broccoli Beef 芥蓝牛 was very tasty. The B.B.Q. Pork Chow Mein叉烧炒面 is my favorite, with all the onions and cabbage. The Chicken Fried Rice鸡炒饭 is so light and flavorful. The Assorted Vegetables 素什锦 were really tasty and paired well with the Chicken Fried Rice鸡炒饭.
