I ordered two dishes Carne Asada with gallo pinto and puerco Cerdo Asado with gallo pinto. The beef was juicy, fresh, and full of flavor. The pork was also well-cooked and tasty, with that homemade touch you can really appreciate. A delicious and well prepared meal!

Queso frito was good. Carne Asada was disappointing. The congri had a lot of burnt clump pieces, they only gave me 2 pieces of meat, normally they give 3, the maduros were under cooked. Oh and the coleslaw was bland. Maybe it was because I ordered at closing time and they were in a hurry to clean and closeup. This place is usually very good but this order was terrible.

Absolutely amazing meal! Everything was packed with flavor — the rice and beans were perfectly seasoned, the chicken had that smoky grilled taste, and the tajadas de maduro were caramelized just right: soft, sweet, and golden on the edges. The coleslaw added a nice crunch and balance, and that drink tied it all together so smoothly. You can really taste the care and tradition in every bite. Comfort food done right — I’ll definitely be ordering again!

The food was very good. Pork was tender and well seasoned. Loved the rice and beans. The jugo de cacao was delicious but VERY sweet. And you can't argue with the value here - the portions are huge! I have to give 4 stars because of the packaging for takeout. Styrofoam cups and boxes, tortillas were just in a plastic bag - not even wrapped in foil. Plastic silverware was loose in the bag (unsanitary). No napkins.
