I have been wanting to try the Chicken Paella Bowl Meal from Bulla Gastrobar for some time and finally decided to give it a go today. It was a deliciously generous portion of paella rice cooked in sofrito and topped with pan-roasted herb-crusted chicken, artichokes, and mushrooms. While the dish was not as seasoned as I would ordinarily like, given I have high blood pressure following an accident, it was perfect for me because I could taste that all the ingredients were fresh and treated with care by the chef - especially the mushrooms, which were earthy and perfectly aromatic. If they add a bit more garlic and herbs to the rice, it would have been much tastier, but as it is, the restaurant already far exceeded expectations. This is solid value for the price and it makes me want to reorder and try the other menu items at Bulla Gastrobar!

The shrimp didn't have the hot garlic. They are tasteless.
The lentil soup used to be a full container and now it was half way.
