We have ordered the Pan con Bistec on previous occasions, and it was good, but this time it was horrible! The steak was hard and had no taste. The bread was even harder! I had to remove the bread and just eat the steak. Overall, it was terrible.!

They used to be so much more caring! The vaca frita was over cooked, the moro rice was hard. It's truly a shame they no longer have good customer service, they used to be so good!!!! Not even a piecealemon for the meat! Real shame.

The Ropa Vieja was tasty, but the portion was small when compared to other restaurants. The container was so small that it barely had space for the sauce to add to the rice.
