This is the only place in the area I can get a good thin new York style slice anymore. And the new owners at the mall have really made a huge improvement over how it was run before. Might be ordering a whole pie for the weekend! Awesome job sabarro!!!

Shockingly terrible...
So I ordered the spaghetti and meatball combo or whatever it's called. The sauce is watery. Not thin, no, I mean watery. It was like a thin broth sitting at the bottom of my plate. It's as if they drained the water from a can of whole tomatoes and a few stray chunks accidentally fell too. I actually used a strainer on my spaghetti at first, thinking maybe they just pulled it right from a pot without straining it perhaps. Nope. I found it odd that they hadn't added much sauce and when I poured the extra sauce container onto it, same effect. It's just how their sauce is. It's to the point where I feel like there MUST have been a mistake. A huge error somewhere along the way. This can't possibly be right. If anyone orders this and gets some delicious sauce with their order, then congratulations. Really. I'll never order again to find out. I tried my best to doctor it up with some salt and a heavy amount of parmesan cheese but I just couldn't do it despite having not eaten in nearly 12 hours.
They gave me a huge portion of spaghetti though, so there's that.

amazing food. very fresh. I appreciate the notification that my preferred item was out of stock, and the opportunity to make a change. the NY cheese is equally as great.

Food was good but next time please don't substitute anything without asking first. How do you know someone in my home didt have an allergy to the metball cheese or sauce?

This place isn't designed to be set up for delivery. The food is pre-made and sits under a heat lamp. No heat to it whatsoever when it arrives. I tried to get a refund, to no avail. Don't waste your money.
