The food is always good, and the French fry portions generous. The chocolate milkshake is the bomb. My crew tend to order the bacon cheeseburger the most often; it has become their favorite.

Unfortunately, the fries were soggy, not a crispy one in the bunch. The downfall of ordering ahead. In past experience, they are much better ordered and eaten in site. They gave us plenty, however. The 12oz chocolate shake was runny, not thick, and had an odd taste, not exactly chocolate flavored. Tasted artificial? I usually love hot fudge shakes, but I'll never do this one again. Lastly, the burger bun looked flattened, but it tasted great. Overall, it was very expensive for a fast food burger, fries, and a shake, esp considering the up charge to each item when dashing, and it was disappointing. We won't come back. Sad, because the last time I went to Five Guys it was wonderful. We picked up the order ourselves.

Burger delicious as always, higher quality burger patties than other fast food places. Love the option for grilled onions. Fries were a little soft for my own liking, but they always give you extra/more fries than you would expect. Still had a good salty taste to them. Unfortunately did not receive the correct milkshake at all- ordered a strawberry shake and received some sort of chocolate shake. Size of shakes are a little small for the price. Cannot comment on the taste as I did not drink the chocolate shake that I received.

Placed an order and they completely forgot a burger and called the store. Talked to a guy and he didn't care at all. Reordered my burger and was given a patty and pickles in a container. Worst experience from a store ever. If you charge $14 for a burger I expect more.

This was our first time having food from Five Guys, and it was our son's favorite burger ever! Also loved the fries!! The generous portion was a bonus !!
