Steakhouse burger was awesome. I was worried that there was only an option for medium or well done because I usually get mine MW but it worked out just fine! I ordered mine well and it was not killed. It was cooked perfectly. Flavor was great. Bacon is quality. Thick cut and cooked great. Sweet potato fries were also amazing. Only think they could do different is add napkins in the bag. I ate it in the car and thank god I have a box of tissues handy. Will definitely order again and looking forward to dining in sometime soon!

I placed an order for the Habanero Jack and specifically asked for no habanero aioli, but it arrived slathered in it. It was extremely hot — borderline inedible — and I’m not even sure there was any cheese on it.
Also, I was surprised that the Build-a-Burger didn’t come with basic toppings like lettuce, tomato, or onion. For $16 it ended up being just a patty on a bun with a side of mayo. The fries portion was very small and arrived soggy.

too light on the steak, I did a pick-up order and after I applied too small bags comes with the utensils salt and pepper, it's still taste too bland. Had high hope as the place is pretty popular, pick-up order was lunch time, and I could see crowded tables. in that sense staff is low, and I was waiting in the reception for 20 minutes and they just don't have time for out orders I figure. Quite a negative experience tbh, and later found out that dish not as delicious as its popularity.

The South by Southwest Eggrolls were amazing but only got 5 small pieces. Thats not a lot of food for $17
