I have no problem with Carolina Ale house. You get the right amount of portion of soup. It's always packaged just right never spills unlike that other place soup that is tilted half the soup is at the bottom of the bag. Any way, I enjoyed my meal.

They packaged the sides with juices running all over the meat. Very unappetizing. Steak so burnt for med and small for the price. Will not be ordering from Carolina Ale again. ATP SteakOut was better value and taste.

Classic Philly Cheesesteak was decent but the sandwich was dry. The meat tasteless and my hoagie roll was extremely soggy. I wasn't aware the sandwich came with fries so I ordered a Basket of Fries for $5.99 a complete waste for 1 person. I called to have the Basket of Fries removed no answer and DD stated this restaurant do not accept changes once order is placed. Food is too high to be wasting money.

The steak for my coworker was fine but the 2 brisket sandwiches had literally 2 strips of meat. Definitely not worth $18 at all!

Food was cold, steak had no seasoning (for a 28-day aged steak).I had 5 small slices of mushroom on my steak. I had two little scoops of mashed potatoes and a whole head of broccoli as my sides. Not worth the money I just soent on the MEE.
