Always good. I wish when they delivered, they would wrap the burger in paper instead of the foil by the time it gets to us, the bread is a little soggy! But it still doesnt stop it from being DELICIOUS!! Amazingly Good! Always!

The burger was soggy with no flavor. It was mostly onions and two very dry patties. None of my other ingredients were added. And the little cup of fries they sent wasn't even full. I got 17 fries for $6!

My burger was lukewarm when it arrived.
For my first time eating Five Guys , I probably won't eat it again . I will stick to in N out. The burgers flavor was about a 5/10. Definitely not worth the price . The strawberry shake was a 10/10.

They usually have the best burgers on the planet, but this time it just didn't taste great. There was hardly any barbecue sauce and it just did not taste the same. They didn't add the ketchup for my fries that I requested so eating plain fries isn't that great and I didn't have any ketchup at home. Hopefully it's a one off.

Absolutely nasty, all lettuce, and the patty was try and tasted burnt. this was the first time I've had 5 guys in years and now I remember why I stopped eatting there, not to mention the fact that I paid 24 dollars and they didn't send my fries I paid for, so I spent 24 dollars on a burnt try patty and lettuce. I'm so upset
