This restaurant is AMAZING! The ramen here tastes a lot like actual authentic ramen from Tokyo (which I went to last month). The texture and taste of the noodles is spot on, and the broth is extremely rich and delicious

Poke bowl was VERY fishy tasting, probably defrosted fish and does not taste fresh. Great selection of toppings/prices though!
Pork buns were tiny microwave stye buns, hard bottom and not worth the $10.

Poke bowl was not fresh, shrimp was discolored, salmon had sour taste, seaweed salad was spoiled and inedible. Wasabi had no taste at all(ate thumb size amount whole without any taste or heat in it) Fried Shrimp Shumai (7pc) was the size of grapes and not worth $9.00. The Red Bean Bun was good but I would not spend money there again

So this is my second time trying this place. The first time I got the fried chicken katsu and when I bit into it, it was nearly raw, certainly very undercooked. I threw the rest away. Now, this time I decided to try ramen because that's their specialty and i have a cold. I did the garlic beef and added soft boiled egg. I never could quite get the noodles unstuck, even after heating. Flavors were off,pretty much tasted like straight miso without much depth. There was also probably less than 2 ounces of beef there. I don't like bagging on local food but it isn't cheap and twice now I've thrown it in the garbage.

Shout garlic ramen had watery, bland broth. The pork was fatty and the noodles werent my favorite. This may be somebodys favorite type of ramen, but it's not mine. Ill pay theextra $4 for haru
