• 26-01-07The Hawaiian fish sandwich is definitely a lot thinner than it use to be. A very small dab of tartar and the cheese looks like it's been sitting out for a couple of days.
Received two large orders of mozzarella sticks without marinara and the Italian beef sub without the au jus. By the time I drove to Arby's to get the marinara's and au jus, my fish sandwich was cold and the bread was hard.

• 25-06-22The fries were ice cold. The sandwich smashed and small (I'd ordered extra meat but that wasn't extra meat.) It must have been a fluke the other times that the order was good because this is the second time in a row that the same items were horrible. Even the au jus - which is normally the only good thing - wasn't more than carmel colored water.
Awful! I'm done with Arby's.

• 23-12-16the Fried Mac ‘n Cheese Bites (4 ea.) were cold and looked like they were sitting under the light for a hot minute, and I only received 3 anyway. the chicken Premium Nuggets (6 ea.) were hard as a rock and I only received 5. the fries were awesome as always. and my sandwich and coffee drink were great too. just stinks that the food I got for my 3 year old kid was the only complaint.
