I discovered this and I'm blown away by the quality of their food. that custard bun was the bomb!
My only complaint is that they left out my coffee and the dasher didn't seem to care. other than that, the place is phenomenal, and I will be back.

The egg *Egg Tart Box (2) was good and fresh, milk Milk Pudding ok, large for the price. I was unimpressed with *Matcha Red Bean, *Coconut Custard and Coconut Twist, would not order those again.

Pastries were really good and great value for the price. Milk Pudding was delicious! Cafe Latte HOT MEDIUM was surprisingly good too!

Cake tasted old and sponge-like, did not received cookies. Boba was good though but other than that it was a waste of money.

Vietnamese coffee was delicious and at a great price. I prefer ice cubes compared to crushed ice but that did not change the flavor.
