I ordered the veggie melt and it was not at all what it was supposed to be. No lettuce or tomato, barely any mushrooms, and most of the sandwich was just plain bread with nothing on it. Very disappointing and a waste of money

TERRIBLE! Turkey sandwich had nothing on it. No peppers onion tomato, nothing. No lettuce either. Salad minimum everything! Mostly nuts...Potbelly gradually going downhill.
Won't ever order another thing. I ordered at 10:30 a.m. ample time to prepare an "original" extremely disappointed!!!
For $31 seriously!!!!

Skinny Sandwich + Cup of Soup was sooo good ..the chicken pot pie soup tasted freshly made .The ham sandwich was decent..I will order again

Sandwich was very dry, and they forgot toppings that I paid for. Chili was bland. Will not reorder from this location ever again.

This location is the best when it comes to soup. They take their time make sure it's hot!!
