The Chitarra is much more than the description. It contains clams, shrimp,, other shellfish, as well as salmon and octopus or squid. It comes with bread to sop up a wonderful sauce, slightly spicy and tasty. My only complaint was the cover on the tin container was not on tight, so the sauce leaked out. It is pricy, but worth it.

I really miss the gnocchi bolognese from the Cleveland park spot. I feel like the recipe has to be the same but somehow the sauce tasted different? Gnocchi were pillowy and fabulous! The bread and the sauce together were delightful.

I highly recommend the chitarra. Read my earlier review. It is so good that it is my go-to dish. I keep telling myself I must taste the rest of the menu, but I just love this dish. I have things delivered, as I can't get out, and it comes piping hot. One caveat: it is a bit spicy. I think it is mildly spicy, but if it is a problem for you, try another dish. Enjoy!

I have only had the chitarra, as I am on a necessary low-salt diet. I avoid red sauces. This dish is much more than it describes. It of course contains clams and black squid ink pasta, but also contains squid, other various shellfish, and much salmon to add the protein also prescribed for my needs. Best of all, it is delicious

I don't normally care about portion size but this is an absurdly small portion
