Very disappointed. I have been here in person and everything was good. Ordered it to be delivered and there was No sauce on the burgers lacked flavor and the patties were dry. Fries came soggy and limp. It didn't have a-lot of fries either. I paid way too much money for this kind of quality.

This was my first time ordering from JCs. The hamburger meat was delicious and juicy. However, by the time the burger was delivered the bread was soggy, making it hard to enjoy. Presentation wise, it was sloppy and the topping looked thrown on. The fries weren't fried hard enough. They were too soft for my taste. Still I'd give them another try.

My first time ordering from here. The *New* The Classic Double was made very good, juicy and the right amount of grilled char. The kids and wife loved their food as well. My only complain was the fact that the Queso with Chips was missing from the order. daughter loved she was able to *New* Build your own Burger and it was not done wrong. the Ultimate Queso Fries were good but wife did not know it had tomatoes and was not able to eat them due to food allergy.

Chicken sandwich was not what it normally is. Dried out from being over cooked and the portion size was half the size of the bun. No flavor whatsoever. Disappointed. Usually good.
