The Chicken Banh Mi Taco was a standout - a great blend of textures and flavors. The KBBQ Taco was excellent as well - although I think I got a street taco sized instead of the full size. The Chipotle Tomatillo Chicken Street Taco was just ok, but tasty enough!
Also loved the lil bag of chips they included - was a pleasant surprise.

The shrimp burrito has like 2 shrimps and 3 grains of rice. The rest is just cole slaw.
Chips and guac where ok but not worth the $14

I'm really not picky about tacos, as long as it tastes good I'm happy. But all 3 tacos I got from Tu Madre (Grilled Shrimp Taco, Carne Asada Taco & Grilled Chicken Taco) were super disappointing. The extra ingredients in each of them were the same, which isn't an issue when the meat is flavorful. But they were barely distinguishable from each other, and the sauce didn't go particularly well with any of them. They're also WAY too small to justify the price... $8.00 for a bland-tasting shrimp taco the size of my palm is criminal. There isn't even avocado in it lol. Do yourself a favor and order from one of the countless other delicious Mexican places in LA

I have been ordering from Tacos to Madre for quite some time probably once a week for the last year
I truly like this place is so used to love it but I have noticed is the portions are very different. I got the street corn today very disappointed for $13. I got 3/4 of the portion it used to be and the price did go up.
I also get their Carne Asada bowl which I love sometimes the portions are different, but one of my favorites
I'm just kind of surprised about the street corn, and the potion

Shrink-flation has been going wild lately. Breakfast Burrito used to be absolutely MASSIVE, easily two meals. This most recent order was tiny (near Taco Bell burrito sized). Very disappointed given the $15+ price tag for a single Breakfast Burrito.
