This ramen is one of the best I have ordered from DoorDash.Not only is the spicy miso exactly how I like it not , too much garlic but also not too spicy its unenjoyable.The thin noodles are perfect and the right amount but I did order extra and I'm glad I did.The egg is the creamiest egg I've ever tried.

The GYOZA was good. The BUILD YOUR OWN RAMEN costs too much for the portion size and quality. The spicy miso broth was decen, but the green onion, ginger, and garlic toppings all lacked flavor, and the half egg did not appear to be fresh. The 2 pieces of chashu pork were tender and well cooked, but had a lot of gristle. You get about 1.5 cups of broth and an equal amount of noodles (feels about equal to a portion of cup ramen). Overall, this would have been a good $12 bowl of ramen, but at $17-21, I wouldn't recommend it unless somebody else is paying.

We tried two BUILD YOUR OWN RAMEN and they were delicious. One with miso and chicken, and the other pork broth with pork belly. The spring rolls were also delicious, I would order those again. we were not a fan of the CRUNCHY ROLL and the MATCHA MILK TEA . They both were bland. I would compare the roll to something you buy at a supermarket or cotsco. The matcha is not high quality, bland flavor and dingy in color. the matcha at Starbucks is better and that matcha isnt thd greatest. Those I won't order again.

SPICY TUNA ON CRISPY RICE tasted like tuna in a can was inedible. The CHICKEN RAMEN barely had any chicken in it and was extremely bland, very disappointing.
