Every bite and sip of my meal was amazing. The Breakfast Sammie on a croissant was buttery and just salty enough and stayed crispy not only on the drive over but for like another hour when I got a chance to eat at work. The caramel crackerjack coffee was delicious all be it maybe a little pricy especially with oat milk being an up charge but definitely worth it as a treat.

I recently moved to the area and missing my old breakfast place back home. I've given a few places a try but The Collective Cafe quickly became my new favorite. Their croissant Breakfast Sammie is so stinking good. Perfectly crispy, cheesy, and packed with protein. I pair it with their fruit Fruit Salad and it's always fresh fruit. and the Iced Coffee, 🤌. I will be frequenting this place and recommending it to everyone I know.

Today I had the Empanada Meal (with beef, chicken, broccoli & goat cheese, dates & goat cheese). I also snagged a side of Cajun Bistro Chips with their homemade ranch. Excellent, as always!

Food quality has went down since I first started eating there in 2020. The Breakfast Sammie is greasy and poorly thrown together and the cinnamon is literally half the size it used to be. But yet everything is the same price

The Iced Creme Brulee Latte was an absolute delight! It was creamy, flavorful, and refreshingly cold, exactly what I was craving. The generous size and fair price made it a great value. To top it off, they even called to confirm my order, which is a rarity when ordering from DoorDash.
