Really good burger. They were out of the carne asada fries I requested, so they refunded that amount then threw in an order of regular fries gratis. Little things like that are what place J's in a class above others.

The Mushroom Swiss Burger was good, nice ratio of mayo on a soft bun.. so it wasn't soggy from drowning in sauce. Onion Rings light, fresh, & crispy...not greasy. Nacho Cheese Fries , A lot of fries with this order. Fries are cut to a nice size & seasoned.

I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with a side of Tater Tots and a Chocolate Milk Shake. The burger was excellent, right up there with Burger Street and close (well, maybe not that close) to Dutch's. Unfortunately, the tots, though they looked crisp, were not crisp, in fact some were mushy. This was surprising since the last time I ordered from this store the tots were properly cooked.The shake tasted ok but was small and thin for the price. In all fairness Dutch's also sells a small, thin overpriced shake. Except for Burger Street, a lot of the burger joints seem to offer undersized and overpriced shakes.
This store has special instructions disabled and they didn't answer the phone, so a request for extra crispy tots was lost in the ether.
Burger Street was out of shake mix, which seems more and more frequent all the time, or I would have ordered from them.
This reminds me of the time my mother went to buy an item (probably a half gallon each of both chocolate and vanilla Blue Bell ice cream) from a grocery store that was more than she usually paid for it, and she complained to the manager that she normally bought the item for a lower price from some other store, but they were out of stock. The manager told her that they also sell it for the lower price when they're out of stock.

I got the Hamburger Combo. The fries are so good... the flavoring is delicious! The hamburger was good as well, but the fries were great

The burgers did not taste right. I love eating here, but they dropped the ball today. I ordered cheese Tater Tots and they were soggy and no cheese! They charged $4 extra for cheese. The food is pricey. It's usually worth it. Vvery disappointed! I picked the food up myself, so food should not have been soggy!
