I'm not sure how they could possibly have made their food even more delicious, but they have! Been going to Cena for years, especially when they had the York pop-ups and there's no better vegan Mexican in Los Angeles, if not the entire world. Quality is always there and you'll be full for hours. Ignore the imposters out there (i.e. - Mas Veggies Vegan "Taqueria"--total joke) and go with the folks who know real Mexican food. Also, their rice and beans are incredible, $6 for a side is so well worth it.

This Burrito Bowl was not good at all. A bowl is supposed to me more rice, however, it was all soupy beans with a few rice grains mixed in. Taste was also super bland, and ingredients did not taste fresh. I would not order this again.

I thought I was eating real meat!
I managed to fool a lot of people with the big Meal Kit for 4 !
The Rice And Beans are amazing!
And the Horchata makes regular horchate drinks pale in comparison.
Will definitely come back to this place over and over again. Worth the high price tag.

Rare to find the trifecta of vegan, delicious and generous in the same place, Cena's food is not only yummy it's HUGE. Torta the size of my face and before that a burrito that needed its own plate. And DELICIOUS. The watermelon agua Fresca is IT, do NOT skip it, the Jimaca is perfectly tart and zippy. Say yes.

Wow wow wow!!! Will never eat meat again haha We shared the 4x plate taco (pollo, steak, carnitas, al pastor - perfectly packaged), + chips salsa guac (all on the side and great variety) + watermelon agua fresca (huge, fresh, perfect and can use the container again yay!). Highly recommend and will be on rotation!!! Thank you!!!
