CHEF OCHKO ROLL is light and refreshing. The shiso leaf definitely gives it an unexpected but welcome dimension. That being said, it's not really enough on its own... You'll need two rolls, or view it as just a snack.

Just paid $17 for Ya Man Roll and it was only a salmon roll with overripe avocado and soggy onion chips inside. There was no cucumber, scallion, truffle oil, and ponzu sauce. Very disappointed. I’ll call the restaurant and hope they will credit my account.

My order was prepared very quickly and the SPICY HAMACHI really stood out, I can't wait to order it again next time. It was so fresh and every part of the roll was balanced perfectly, the avocado and cucumber perfectly matching the lime and spice and richness of the fish.

SEABASS SASHIMI was not properly packed and it was spilled all over the bag. MISO SOUP had no tofu and lacked flavor. WHITEOUT ROLL was stale and very disappointing, you could barely taste a scent of truffle

Disappointed. Ordered two rolls and both had fish that was cut paper thin. I would forgive that if the fish was fresh and not also dried out. Hope this was just a bad night as I-often recommend this place to neighbors.
