The Summer Fresh Rolls - 2rolls were delicious and there was a lot more food than I expected! The What the Pho was yummy, but I need to get a large bowl to hold all the pho + noodles + flavor makers next time.
I didn't receive the Thai Tea so not sure on that but I'll order it again in the future.

I had low expectations. Vietnamese, pho and Thai food overall in FTL has been super disappointing, often overdone with fish sauce, extreme grease, or an Americanized sauce that just doesn’t match the natural flavors you expect from this style. This place did not disappoint!!! It was so good I had to call and tell them how great it is. The Chicken pho was exactly what I’ve been looking for, for years down here. Accurate sides: bean sprouts, Thai basil, crunchy red pepper sauce, the works. Chicken was quality, they separate soup, so it wasn’t all soggy.
The chicken drunken noodles were beyond impressive. Other places tend to douse in fish sauce and it overpowers all the other flavors you’re hoping for. Potsticker and potsticker sauce also incredible. The Thai donuts and condensed milk dipping sauce was also an extraordinary ending. All ingredients in everything is authentic towards the dish and fresh. Pricing is reasonable most places in overprice and lower portion size, not the case here at all!
I swear I am under no sort of impairment to place such a positive review, just utterly surprised and delighted by what was door dashed to me. Nothing lost quality in transport either.
Thanks What the Pho for restoring my faith in Pho in FTL! I would have taken pics but everything was so good, I devoured it so fast!

Pho-Seafood was BIG! Plentiful and, with the additions provided, flavorful. I added tofu, thinking it'd be good to have more protein. It wasn't needed at all.
Delicious and filling.
The Summer Fresh Rolls (2 Pcs) are also big! Packed with shrimp, pork, noodles, and vegetables, these are filling.
It's hard to be mad at a restaurant that sends bigger dishes. It's just me in my hotel room and I couldn't finish it all.
This place is a new fave, for sure. I'll consider it next time I'm back in town!
THE ONLY THING that I wish they'd done differently - include napkins and maybe a spoon for the soup. I did get chopsticks and I slurped my way through the broth. (If you're alone in a hotel room and no one can hear you slurp, did it even happen?)
Anyway - dear What The Pho, send a spoon and napkins next time, please.

Ordered a soup and received a fork a knife, nice! Pho itself is completely flavorless, if your looking for a cinnamony-minty goodness i do not recommend. No option to ask for chili oil, which would have saved this meal. Meat is extremely fatty for the price.

My his the and I normally get pho from ano it location but we decided to try a different place this time.
I got the Pho Seafood and it was just ok to be honest. The broth is too sweet for my taste and there wasnt very much seafood in it. The crab isnt real crab its imitation crab, which I also dont like as it makes my stomach not feel so great after eating it. I wasn't aware there was going to be fake crab in it. As a whole it was very satiating like I know pho can be.
My husband got the Pho Special I had to give him some of my broth because his broth wasnt full. He is a 6"2 ath and he was not thr about how little he received in terms of the meat filling for the pho.
We also go the Crispy Spring Rolls - 2rolls which were not so crispy.
