Kabul is a rare jewel in Seattle's Wallingford area, serving the cuisine of Afghanistan's capital city.
The presentation of their food is by far the best I have ever seen for delivery!! I completely love the badenjan borani (one of these days I'll have to try it with meat, but I don't see how that could improve it). Tried ashak for the first time with my most recent order (with meat) and loved it...I probably would love it equally without meat...we'll see. And I LOVE love love the firni . (I am a sucker for almost any custard dessert). And the "basmati rice is the pilaf which is entirely terrific. I am thankful this restaurant exists!!

Murah kabab with the eggplant is my go-to but i cant wait to try more. They out effort and time in to their dishes and it shoes. It was all flavorful without being too salty. The chicken was cooked well not dry.

I ordered from them before and got the eggplant which was delicious. Now I ordered the lamb kebab and that was terrible -- chewy and dry. Hope this was a one off :(

I love that they include the small salad complementary. I am addicted to the firni and the vegetarian badenjan borani!
