ordered 2 new New York Steamer® sandwiches. sandwiches were not steamed. meat was extremely chewy. $50 for 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips and couldn't even get our food correctly. literally steam is in the name and the bread is a dry baguette and the meat was ice cold.

Every time I order from this firehouse subs. My order is wrong. I order the Italian™ with no ham, extra meat. I opt to pay for extra meat to compensate for the no ham. But every time, they add a pound of ham, maybe a slice of the other meat. I know it does seem like that big of a deal but it's frustrating to pay extra and it always be wrong.

I ordered the club on a sub and there was no ham or turkey. Basically I had a very expensive BLT. Do better Firehouse.

Anytime I order firehouse from DoorDash, Iam disappointed. It is like they careless with it is a DD order. Missing ingredients on my sub. Both subs were soggy that I had to eat it without the bottom bread. I assume it is from the pickle the place in the container. Because they never place the pickle in the little bag like they do if you pick up in store
