I love the turkey sausage and biscuits, the only thing is I have had their grits filled to the rim and seeing that it is only filled half way feels skimpish, especially since when I get the home fries it is so much and gits are also cheap.

I love First Watch! I've been to the one on Causeway Blvd, Brandon and Bloomingdale Ave, Brandon and the one located in South Riverview. The staff are very friendly at both locations. The food is excellent. I've ordered their Tomato Basil soup and half a sandwich - the vegetarian sandwich and also the scrambled eggs with biscuit & turkey sausage gravy, buttered grits. Recently I had the same breakfast ordered through DoorDash. I must say that I prefer the turkey sausage gravy to regular sausage gravy. The Tomato Basil soup is outstanding!!
Portions are large, you will not leave hungry.

If you never eaten at first watch in-person I don't recommend just ordering from DoorDash or Uber eats. It's an experience and they are very helpful in explaining the menu and ingredients and how fresh it is. I've loved this place for years & been to multiple locations my go-to is the Parma hash. The tomatoes give the dish so much flavor but it's great without it. Their signature bread and jam is amazing, waffles are crisp yet fluffy <3, pancakes are also huge, and don't get me started on the million dollar bacon and seasonal drinks. I will be so sad if they ever change. Only things I dislike is the limited opportunity to really enjoy this place because the full menu may not be available depending on how far you live from the locations and just the lack of customization in general on doordash.

Potatoes were horrible, some extremely hard(overcooked) and some were extremely soft(undercooked). Blueberry muffin was extremely messy and not packaged properly.

As someone who loves first watch very much this dish is new to me and exceeded my expectations. It's so incredibly flavorful and filling! Adding it to my rotation.
