tried the COLORADO VEGGIE BURGER with the new jack & annie's patty. it was great! I usually order the black bean burger but was thrilled to see a new plant-based option. if you haven't tried this brand but are curious, it tastes a lot like Boca's patties, but has a springier/meatier texture.

Before the burger was even unwrapped I could see all the yellowish dressing that was smothered on my burger. This made the CLASSIC SMASH® a slippery mess. And the avocado or guac or whatever they jazz it up as that I paid extra for ... it finally showed up ... IN THE LAST BITE.
The bag the order arrived in was full of grease and looked gross. I took a picture. I hope they'll let me post.

This place sucks. They can never get an order correct and the food quality is poor. Buns are soggy, fries are bland, shakes are watery and taste bad, lettuce and tomato are always disgusting from this place. Go literally anywhere else for better food.

Very disappointing...not the usual quality. The burger was overcooked, the bun was smashed, the lettuce was wilted and the tomatoes were not ripe. I won't be ordering again any time soon.

The burgers were put together haphazardly, and the veggies on the classic burger were old and wilted. The TRUFFLE MUSHROOM SWISS BURGER is usually my favorite but this time there was hardly any sauce or mushrooms and the burger buns and patty were all over the place. Could have been much better.
