No pickles on the sandwhich, I didn't get the honey I asked for. The hasbrown were cold and chicken was small and burnt. The only thing good was this bread.

Chick N Minis are a must for breakfast. That Diet Lemonade is the best. Go ahead and buy the gallon of it. Worth it.

The order was amazing as always, my only request is next time to put the lemons on the side, otherwise I always enjoy my order of chicken minis and the burrito, those are my 2 favorites on the menu

⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointing! Terrible Service!
This is the second time we’ve ordered from Chick-fil-A, and for the second time, our order has been completely messed up!
The first time, our chicken nuggets were missing. When we placed another order, we received chicken strips instead of the nuggets we actually ordered.
Today, we ordered again, and once again, items were missing! My salad arrived WITHOUT the dressing, making it practically impossible for me to enjoy. On top of that, the Chick-fil-A sauce was missing too!
How difficult is it to check an order before sending it out? This is absolutely unacceptable, especially when customers are paying for food and delivery.
Two disappointing experiences in a row show a serious lack of attention to detail and quality control. Customers should not have to repeatedly deal with missing items and incorrect orders.
Extremely frustrating and disappointing. We expected much better from Chick-fil-A!
