Freshness of the meal was a bit lacking, I feel as if it had been sitting for a while. I ordered a large side of fries and extra fries instead of the coleslaw but there was only a normal amount of fries. The Basket of Texas Toast was fine and I had received all extra sauces and the drink I ordered. It was all well packaged.

I always love the Chicken Fingerz™ Zax Packz! It's big enough to feed the family with leftovers. And the Basket of Texas Toast is perfect for everyone!

i ordered food and when i got it 30-40 minutes later i was missing 2 combos so i called and the manager and he said he would make my food personally and that he apologizes because the combo i did have had 5 fries so then an hour later maybe more i got my food and the chicken was like slimey and stringy !!! i did not expect this from here but this is what i received and i don't appreciate it. i wont blame the workers because they do work hard but something could have been better.

The funnel Funnel Cake with Caramel Sauce was so hard all the way through.

Overall, the food was decent. The wings were evenly coated, but they were lukewarm. The tenders were miniature. The fries had no seasoning, & I got a whole plate of food with one ranch. That's it, that's all. I'll assume it was bc it was later in the night, but when we spend money, we expect a certain quality of food. ESPECIALLY when the food is $17+ on this app, & it's fast food restaurant plate. Crazy.
