I've loved this place for some time but this Tibbs portion is small and more onions than meat. Since the onions are sweet you can barely taste anything else. When I last ordered Tibbs a few months ago the injera had mold spores. I hope things go back to normal. I used to order 2-3 times a week.

The Breakfast Bowl is so delicious and filling (I got all default add on options) and comes with a free side of hot sauce! I usually drink coffee on the sweeter side and their Caramel Macchiato is the perfect middle ground for not too bitter and not too sweet (I added an extra pump of caramel). Thank you Büna Coffeehouse for a delicious breakfast!

Everything was perfect. The Fül was very filling and flavorful. I got injera to eat with it but the bread provided was fresh as well. I also appreciate the yogurt and veggies being placed in separate containers so they stayed cool. The Chai Latte was a great warm balance for the Cinnamon roll with cream cheese icing .

Collards (gomen) were finely chopped & pressed to remove excessive liquid. Tomato salad had lots of mild minced fresh onion & lots of dressing of oil & vinegar & dried herbs. Purée of yellow split peas (kik) & purée of red lentils (misir) were pleasantly thick & not spicy & sat side by side on piece of injera (pancake‐like flabread). Folded, warm, pliable round of injera, in bakery paper, in a plastic bag, came with platter. I ordered & got gluten‐free injera. Partitions in container & lack of injera under salad & collards made the traditional scooping with pieces of injera awkward. Good food made getting every bit worth the effort. Mango‐&‐avocado smoothie was lightly sweet.

Absolutely outstanding flavors. I had read good reviews but it completely blew me away- both the chicken chipotle sandwich and the iced caramel macchiato. I wish I could eat here everyday!
