Kid's Captains Catch portion was bigger than expected shrimp and fish were fried to perfection and it tasted super fresh, Joe's Classic Sampler the calamari were sadly overcooked but overall it wasn't bad, the portion was also more than I expected

We ordered the s'mores and they had NAPKINS under them. Half the desserts were stuck to the napkins and inedible. I'm not sure if this is normal but it should be stopped there is no need for the napkin under the dessert on a to go order especially if it's just for looks. It ruined our dessert experience. What we could eat was tasty but the marshmallows were burnt.

The Clam Chowder isn't good. The potatoes have a weird texture and no flavor at all. They're definitely not fresh. The broth is gelatinous and bland. The whole thing tastes like it was made in a factory and shipped in. I should know better than to order from a chain restaurant.

I have not eaten at Joe's in probably a decade, and I have to say... still not impressed. Calamari was rubbery, dip was very very salty, and they forgot half my order. The only positive was the great balls of fire. Those were good. Everything else was just not it. Dasher Jennifer was awesome, though.
