I also work food service, so I know how it can be. Hopefully, these employees get the training and encouragement they need, because this is unacceptable. I ordered two spicy Italian sandwiches with different toppings and sauces. They made two duplicates, and the sandwiches were simply inedible. The bread was dry as a cracker, there were two spinach leaves apiece, and the meat had the consistency of glue. It wasnt the dasher's fault---Julius was extremely quick with his delivery.  This location (Higgins) is so hit or miss---they really need to do some quality control with their employees.

Sub had half teaspoon of lettuce.   Small piece of roast beet folded to make it look like two  no dressing.   Very few tomato's.  When called to speak with manager.  Said there was shortage.  Than said must have ordered somewhere else.    Still charged same amount.

FestiveFestive Turkey should be on the menu at least all winter!  could use more Turkey but itwas about as close as you could get to Thanksgiving on a sandwich. The footlong will make  2 substantial meals for me.  Great sandwich for growing boys with hollow legs. Yum!
Festive Chicken almost as good as the turkey. At least a 9. 8.

Not sure when Subway changed their Cold Cut Combo® to being simply three single slices of bologna, but that is what I got. no ham or salami...most pathetic $20 sandwich I have ever gotten.

Such a disappointment today. The quality of the food was not impressive at all.  The salad was perhaps the equivalent of a 6 inch sub no bread. You honestly couldn't even call it a salad for the lack of lettuce in the bowl.  My sub had so much mustard on it I couldn't eat it. Both the salad and sandwich were missing requested ingredients.   So sad.
