Italian buttercreams are meringue-based and therefore very fluffy, light yet creamy, but less sweet than American buttercream. Thanks to the high quality butter we use the mouth feel has a velvety texture and the flavor profile is always outstandingly rich. We use 100% natural fruit extracts, pure cocoa powder, nut paste and other natural ingredients imported from Italy to flavor our buttercream. Enjoy!

Our Italian cheesecakes are based with ricotta cheese, Sicilian imported ricotta, mascarpone cheese and cream cheese in different combinations. We then add sugar, fresh eggs and the various flavors that we believe best represent Italian flavor combinations, like candied fruits imported from Italy, Italian liquors, Gianduja chocolate, just like in ancient Rome but using the modern and contemporary baking techniques!
A good mousse cake can be memorable but a great mousse cake is glorious. Our glorious mousse cakes have a moist cake base topped with frothy, airy and delicate mousse. We use a variety of bright authentic Italian flavors in our mousse such as orange, and Amarena cherries as well as the more traditional hazelnut, chocolate and pistachio. Rich in flavor with a light and velvety texture our mousse cakes are perfect for any occasion!

Italians use the word biscotti when referring to products that Americans call cookies. The word cantucci is used by Italians when referring to the product Americans call biscotti. Why this transposition occurred is complicated. What is important is that our biscotti and cantucci are made from scratch, hand rolled and cut using Italian recipes. No preservatives or food coloring. Just great ingredients and flavors in every bite.
L’Arte’s drip coffee is a custom blend roasted exclusively for us by Jersey Shore Coffee Roasters. Our espresso beans are sourced from a 100 year old family-owned Italian craft roaster, Filicori Zecchini located in Bologna. The forte blend we serve is roasted in the southern Italian tradition of dark, bold, full-bodied espresso beans. It has a fresh, yet full and complex mouth-feel that, with a little help from our La Pavoni machine, gives an authentic flavor to every espresso drink we prepare.
