The Cheeseburger and fries were hot and fresh. However, the bread was not. It was dry, stale, and crumbly. You definitely need to eat them on the same day, rewarm-ing them is not an option. The next day after rewarm-ing, the burger was dry. The burgers are definitely good for the price, especially when you just want a burger fix but don't wanna get knocked over the head with the price.

Fries were too oily and not crispy at all. The chicken bites had a very processed taste. The shake was okay, but it lacked the double chocolate taste I was expecting. For the price, I expected a little better. I can mark P. Terry's off my list.

P. Terry's is the only place I go if I want a quick burger or chicken sandwich. The shakes are awesome, breakfast potatoes are on point, oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are amazing. I could do a commercial for these guys.

Unsure why the quality is going down. Stale fries and the burger was dry. This never happened until my last 3 orders here, which the last 2 I ignored as I was trying to reason/ understand how tough their staff's jobs may be. Use this as feedback to improve and prosper with the Austin community. Good luck.
