This is quite literally the best burger I have ever had. I'm only in Palo Alto one more night and I'm getting it again.

The best Patty Melt I've had in a while. I ordered it cooked medium with extra cheese and it was perfect. The Chicken Tenders were fresh, hand breaded and perfectly seasoned, unlike most places. This is a great place to order from if you have a very picky teenager, like I do

I have been ordering the bison burger because the Cupertino Counter ones were so good. How ever I can’t say the same about the Mtn View ones which are charred and dry even when pink inside. Very disappointing.

That was the best burger I ever had cooked perfectly you all really need to try this place will definitely order again... My only complaint is that they didn't have ketchup and I wish that they had the option to to add or remove items from the burger like onions or pickles but I still have to give it a 5 out of 5 JUST GO TRY IT!

The 1/3 lb burgers come out really well when delivered on DoorDash. However, this is now the second time that I've ordered a half pound burger cooked medium and it comes raw in the middle. We ordered two of them in our meal this time and both were raw and I have to cook them more. I like good medium rare burgers, but this is absolutely raw!
