I paid $27 for a half cup of broth - im not even sure how this happened- someone must have been extremely distracted while packing this order. Super dissapointed.

Not sure what was going on tonight because this place *IS* generally great, but the ramen was bizarrely bland. There seemed to be ZERO salt in the ramen broth. Ramen is supposed to be somewhat salty. Who knows. I'll certainly be ordering again hoping that this was an aberration but... weird.

The Ginger Scallion Noodles were remarkably bad. Extremely greasy, basically unseasoned ramen noodles with a small amount of grocery store rotisserie chicken shredded on top..,.I'm shook I got charged $30 for this, would not eat here again

We ordered the spicy chilled noodles and they were a disappointment. Soaked in oil and not chilled at all. The noodles in this dish used to be much springier and came with a kind of green spicy sauce which gave the dish much more flavor and life. Now it is just oily noodles and sausage. Feels like Momofuku is sadly lowering the quality.
