Everything is always good from this place. We alway go in person. This time I ordered a 18$ caldo de Caldo Zombie, and I got this smaller portion. I guess you get the bigger portion size when you eat in person at the restaurant. Other than that, todo bien !

The menudo was one of the best I've had. The broth was rich and flavorful and the meat was plentiful! I requested for extra chili oil and radish, and they provided that! My only complaint was that the chili oil wasn't spicy enough! Lol!

All the shrimp tasted a bit old. The bacon wrapped shrimp in the Trebol Costero were overcooked and salty. The Sush Costeroi was mostly rice with barely any filling. Extremely disappointing considering the price. I will not be ordering again.

The Caldo 7 Mares always delivers one of if not the best I've had in San jose the tortillas hechas a Mano are always on point highly recommend it for these cold winter days or a good hangover.
The Cevichon De Camaron is great as well fresh with a bunch of shrimp they don't skimp out!

Loved the fresh guac and WARM chicharrones! So good!
Mocahete Mixto is excellent too (the sauce isto die for!) - but I prefer to eat that in the restaurant.
