the meatball sandwich tastes great, but 8 bux for 3 meatballs on bread big enough to only hold 2 of those meatballs is a bit much.

I had a moving company moving me yesterday and I was bragging about how much I love firehouse subs ordered seven sandwiches and paid 150 some dollars three of the beef dip hardly add any meat on it. None of the containers were labeled. What was what when I call the store to ask them? How come you didn't put on the outside of the containers which sandwich it was the girl on the phone said oh we ran out of printer. I said you couldn't have just written on there. She was all we were really swamped. I wouldn't really like to talk to the owner so for seven items $151 later with hardly any meat in the French tips very disappointed because I love the turkey but yesterday was not a good day and maybe the employees need to be trained better on how to handle busy times

Forgot the pickle:( and more bread than meat for an 18$ sandwhich still good tho obviously. Not mad about it just a fyi.

Worst steak & cheese sandwich I ever had. Subway even makes a better sandwich. Very disappointing and will not order again. Waste of $12 x 2...sorry.

The Firehouse Meatball® is pretty good when it is hot. I ordered the small once before and it was like the sub was cut too small on one side and they gave me the smallest portion not even 3 inches like it says . It tasted good but it was not worth the amount you pay for it. Because it tasted good I thought let me get two this time and it will be a full sandwich. This time the small was much bigger, so the portion sizes are not consistent which is frustrating. I was happy to have more of what I paid for but this time it was cold and hard. Ive given this place a couple of tries and for the cold and hard sub order that may be on the delivery driver, but I have had two experiences that weren't great.
