I ordered the "Birthday Arrangement in a Vase" and it looked nothing like the photo advertised on DoorDash. I understand flowers are seasonal, and can change. But the florist is supposed to make it look just as nice. If the same flowers are not available, then I shouldn't have been charged a premium price for cheaper flowers. I also paid an extra $20 for a bigger size, and it still came out tiny. I tried to call the florist three times before I placed the order, but they didn't pick up the phone. Next time I'll make sure to speak to a florist before I place an order.

3 single roses and a few hydrangea or whatever, $66.00. Please change the description of the "roses", because its not roses, it's rose, single rose for $10, it's unclear.

I ordered the Roses for $10. Really? I got 1 single rose for $10?? I should've gotten at least 3-4 for that price. Not again. I looked up this store on Google, typed in the address and everything. I can't even find it. Scam!! Change your prices or make it clear that the customer is only getting 1 rose. Rose. Roses is plural. I bet it is the same with the other flowers too.
