They need to turn down the heat on the toaster. Bagels were burned black. I always get them double toasted and they are just really crisp, not burned to a crisp.

Go to for both of these. Wonderfully delicious. The Bagels are all delicious. The veggie cream cheese is not as good, but other than that everything on the menu tastes greatsz
