Bagels tasted old and were cold. barely put any ingredients in the sandwich and the hash brown looked like a burned rock. Very disappointed, I've had way better from different locations

I placed an order and called to see if they could put one item on the side. They had already made the sandwich but offered to re-do it and put the item on the side!! That was awesome. Since it was already made I chose to leave it as is but very nice of them to offer to make it again! Quick and order came out perfect. Just what I needed this morning as I sit in hospital! *side note - the sandwich was amazing with the syrup in it instead of on the side! *

So, I tried something new with this sandwich and I definitely was not prepared for the amount of black pepper on it. Not sure if that's how it was supposed to be made, but it was extremely heavy on the black pepper. Not something I would order again.
