• 26-06-18My bagel was actually soft! And my large Iced Caramel Macchiato was full not halfway filled! I wish it came this way every day. I hate hard bagels!

• 23-06-19Usually this place does well with their bagel sandwiche but today it was so very disappointing. I got the Turkey, Bacon & Avocado Sandwich. Barely any avocado or bacon on it. The lettuce was bad quality. Completely inedible. And the sandwich had no roasted tomato sauce that was supposed to be on it. Not worth the $$ if I had to add my own stuff to the sandwich.

• 26-04-19Hash brown was burned and hard. The bagels were overly toasted and hardly any cream cheese on the bagels and one should have had regular cream cheese.

• 22-03-11The Texas Bagel is a MUST try!!! The best bagel ever. At first I was a bit nervous about it but it's a great combination of flavors and well put together. Always fresh too!

• 25-07-18Again, the bagel wasn't toasted and cream cheese wasn't on the side. By the time it hit here it was melted mush. The bagel was so doughy I could cut it without it sliding all over. Gross. Expensive. Disappointed.
