The quality of the tempura was amazing! Super crispy and flavorful. Also can't go wrong with their spicy salmon roll - the best!!

Today sushi was very mushy in texture and smelled fishy, was not fresh. I tried a piece of salmon nigiri and another piece of nigiri and because of taste and texture I decided it's not safe to keep eating, wasted my money. Usually the quality from kibo is better but it seems like they've gone downhill

Kurodai sushi was microscopic, tiny little pieces of fish left over from other sushi, ridiculous for $10 - it was a la carte order. The order came all squeezed in a box, some of it lumped together so tightly that i couldnt even separate the pieces.

The food at Kibo Sushi is unreal. The portions are generous and extremely fresh, and the restaurant pays incredible attention to detail.

Usually love this place but today the avocado was hard and not ripe, the tempura was under cooked. :( less care taken in the food prep today.
