Located at "Corso Italia" for more than 18 years, Rio 40 Degrees Restaurant is well known among Brazilians and Canadians alike. Great food, atmosphere, patio and friendly staff.
The food is excellent, but the portions can be too small for the price. Black beans , you better get 2 or 3 portions if you want to add it to a meal of yours and use it more than once. Otherwise, excellent Açaí. The closest I got from the taste in Brazil.

Disappointed, always order this same plate from the same place but today the plate came with only 2 small pieces of picanha.
For a 40$ plate, thats not good.

medium steak was overcooked. I ve already ordered this dish many times, but this time the meat portion was too small and overcooked.

It was delicious and great portions . The only thing that I found a bit strange is that the meat sauce was a bit spicy. The cassava was really good and the meat tender.

I like the food from this restaurant. However, they are so greedy that they increased the prices. For example, the service fee went from $3.99 to $5.99. Additionally the prices on the menu also increased. So I switched to other restaurants with more fair prices.
