Everything was great! Chiles in burger werent that spicy but still delicious! Will order again! First time having CRISPY BRUSSELS SPROUTS and loved them!

First the order was 10 minutes late and cold. The bag was taped on the edges, but the middle was ripped, and it seemed like my wife got half an order of SMASH TOTS® .
The bacon on the DOUBLE BACON STACK SMASH® was scorched, burger and cheese were also black. I like salt, and this was too salty for me to eat.
We've eaten in the restaurant many many times and its always been good. What do they do save the food they overcooked and send it out on deliveries, because the customers arent in the store to complain? Our first Doordash experience and it will also be our last. Terrible Experience.

I dig the new chicken burgers. GF bun and all the fixings. Super delish! The fries were perfectly cooked and the food was still hot when arrived

This was my worst burger experience, which is odd because the previous time was one of the best. My beef was way overcooked (to a crisp). DoorDash made it right though, but let's just say I'm a little leary to go back.

Food was cold, and had to be reheated in microwave/oven. Probably a delivery issue. One burger wasn't made to order (contained a topping that should have been left off). We did not receive our drink. Two containers of fries were only about 70% full.
