My fave when it's done right. Today, I'm annoyed about the Double Papa Burger. I took it out of the bag and thought they must have mistakenly sent a regular burger because it was smaller than expected. then I realized it was wrapped so tight that it felt like a softball. I started unwrapping and the buns were completely flat from compression, like there's no way it wasn't smashed flat as it was being wrapped. I opened the now gummy compressed bun to examine the interior. there was *some* tomato, onion and lettuce but not as much as expected, particularly the lettuce, of which there were three, tiny, wilted pieces... like half the size of a postage stamp. Would have been better to just stiff me and not include any lettuce, rather than insulting me with what they did. I don't know what the A&W standard is, but I'm sure they have one and there's no way this met the standard. So because the burger had been so compressed, the whole thing came off as just a wet, soggy mess.
