forgot to add cheese to my burger and just called them and they added it very good customer service 👍 and it was delicious

Dry burgers and old buns. Buns were falling apart and barely any condiments on the burgers. Usually great quality, must be having an off night.

I had the Chubby Chicken® Burger Combo with poutine upgrade. The burger was good, however the way they have you selecting poutine in the options is wild. When selecting poutine there shouldn't be another separate option for no gravy. If I didn't want gravy then I would have just selected fries for no extra cost. pretty disappointed
