I asked them to put a star on my order since I was getting the same Teen Burger® with different ingredients and they not only did what I asked, they also SPECIFIED that's what the star on the wrap meant! The driver was also adorable, he didn't know his way around my area and I had to help him, but he understands it now! definitely the best A&W experience and food I've had in a while! (p.s the Strawberry Sweet Cream Shake is also amazing)

First, if they are going to allow delivery they need to package their burgers better so they don't arrive cold. An open paper bag is not good enough. This store has gone down hill since the new ownership for service. And I paid extra for this half filled dipping sauce. Seriously?! Last time one came free with the meal. So I should have received two. Never ordering again as I order there for the sweet potatoe fries and Sriracha mayo dip.

Staff made the food up without any consideration of today being Christmas day and a strong possibility that there are less Dashers available or they're super busy. So my burger and onion rings got here and were cold. The cheese had solidified again. The restaurant is 5 minutes away, so it didn't get cold in transit. There needs to be a policy made to fix this issue. They also need to make packaging that helps retain heat, and not just use open, paper bags, if they are going to continue to be on Door Dash. Even when you go into this store the orders take super long to be filled. Longer then any other fast food place in town.
